You should be hearing a
humming sound with a background of surf. You will not hear music or
voices. The sound through your headphones should be of sufficient
volume to block out any outside noise.
If you do not have
sufficient volume (or no volume at all) double click on your volume icon
and adjust your master volume and wave volume. Make sure that mute all is
not ticked.
Most media players will
work but we recommend using Windows Media Player. You can exchange your
