Your CD order will have
shipped from the UK within 2 days of your order. Once the product leaves
the UK we cannot track it. Occasionally, there are delays at customs or
the product is lost in the postal system. If you
have not received your CD after 28 days:
...quoting your date of purchase, your purchase reference number and the E
Mail address you used to purchase the product.
You will then be sent a
replacement by signed for delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot
process your query if you contact us within the 28 day period.
Please accept our
apologies if your CD has been lost or delayed in this manner . We
appreciate your understanding that this is beyond our control. We will
ensure that you will get a copy of the CD you purchased.
