If the
product has failed to download correctly please try again paying
close attention to the following instructions:
After pressing download
you will see a file download box. Make sure that this is saving to
disk before you press OK. You will be taken to a box asking you
where to save your file to. Make sure you are happy where the file
is going to
download
( desktop, my files,etc). Then press 'save'.
Once the download is
complete you will have an icon on your desktop. Double click on the
icon. You will be prompted to extract the file to your desktop.
Click on OK'.
You will now have 2 new
icons in your chosen area. One will be an unopened sitexe icon, the
other will be the extracted .mp3 file. The active file is the .mp3
file.
When you are ready
,double click on your .mp3 icon. The program will automatically
summon your preferred media playing software and begin the
program.
If you have not
experienced any of the expected effects from the product please
consult the CD
and Download
problem pages as well as 'How
to use your product'.
Please note that:
a) The downloads
will not transfer to cassette in a correct manner. The harmonic will
sound the same but the frequencies will have changed rendering the
program useless. We do not accept responsibility for their pirated
use. We actively pursue and prosecute all attempts to pirate and
illegally use our products.
b) The downloads must be deleted
from your computer when you request a refund. We are able
to monitor the number of uses and if the product is burned to CD. We actively
pursue and prosecute all attempts to pirate and illegally use our
products.
c) Many of our
customers get instant results from the products. However it can take
practice and effort to get the best from the products. We would
discourage users from applying for refunds without first trying the
product consistently for at least 14 days. If you use the products
correctly you will get results.
d) Repeated abusers
of our refund policy will have their names and IP addresses added to
all internet purchasing blacklists. This will make it increasingly
difficult for you to purchase any products through the internet.
e) Any customer
that reverses the charge on their credit card without contacting us
for assistance or refund will also be added to all internet
purchasing blacklists.
If
you have tried the above and are still not satisfied you can claim
your refund in the following ways.
1.If you purchased your download using
Clickbank
please contact them directly with your refund request. The E Mail

You will need to
give:
i) Your receipt
number
ii) The E Mail
address you used to buy the product.
iii) The date you
purchased the product
iv) The reason for
requesting the refund
2.If you purchased your download
using our shopping cart please contact us with your refund request. The E Mail address
to use is refunds@worldofalternatives.com
You will need to
give:
i) Your receipt
number
ii) The date you
purchased the product
iii) The reason for
requesting the refund ( this needs to be a full explanation and include how often you have tried the product and how you have tested its efficacy. If you are requesting refunds on multiple products we require this explanation for each product.)
Please allow 7
days for processing refund requests. You should receive a
confirmation of refund from Worldpay or Paypal. If you have not
received your refund after 7 days please contact us again. ( E Mails
can occasionally get lost - please be assured that we honour our
refund guarantee for all legitimate customers)
3 If you purchased your CD from the Internet or
directly from World of Alternatives Ltd at a trade show. Please
return the CD to us with details of when and where the product was
purchased and the price you paid. You ARE responsible for its safe return. If the CD is returned in poor condition your refund will not be processed. The return address

4 If you purchased your CD from any
other source. The CD must be returned to the shop or outlet that you
purchased from. World of Alternatives can not refund products that
have been sold through a third party.
5 If you have not followed the refund procedure correctly your request will not be processed.
6 If there is evidence that you have purchased products with the sole intent of getting them refunded ( ie you acquire the products for free) you will not be refunded . In these cases any request from your credit card company will be fully contested. .
