This page contains answers to common questions handled by our support staff, along with some tips
and tricks that we have found useful and presented here as questions.
- When you purchase a
download from us you should get instant access through the shopping cart
system. There are clear instructions on how to use this download including
the time out limit. In most cases you will receive a back up E Mail
identifying a second location to download from. Please check your spam
filter if you do not receive this back up E Mail. You may use this if the
first download source has failed or timed out. There is no time limit on
this second source. The 2 download sources may sound slightly different but
will have exactly the same effect. If you have not received your
downloadable product from us within 7 days of your purchase please contact
us at resolution center
with the name of the product, the Paypal, Worldpay or Clickbank
receipt number and the date you purchased.
- When you purchase a CD
from us you will receive a receipt from either Worldpay or Paypal and an E
Mail confirmation from us. All CDs orders are processed automatically
and shipped from our warehouse in the UK within 2 working days. We send our
products by air mail ( signed for air mail in Asia) and cannot track the
package once it leaves the UK. Some packages are occasionally delayed or
lost by the postal services. If you have not received your package after 28
days please contact us for a replacement at
CDDelay department. Please
let us know the title of the missing CD ,the order number and the date you
made the initial purchase.
